Now that you’ve done an inventory on the year, make 1 goal in each of 3 areas in your life that you would like to give special attention to this year. Some area ideas: Family, Relationships, Health, Fitness, Money, Career, Spiritual, Service, etc. Pick 3 areas and 1 goal for each. Make the goals SMART. (ex. Health: Reduce my cholesterol by 20 points, Money: Be debt-free by the end of the year. Family: Take at least 3 long weekend family vacations., etc.)
