The highest compliment we can give is that each component of the sales process was handled by Katie Clancy in an A+ manner. The sales plan items were communicated clearly, followed up upon, and handled with care, sincerity and an overwhelming sense of realistic optimism. She excelled not just in the marketing and showing of the home or the contractual work, but her amazing ability to be an all round champIon in each area of the sale made this process the best it could be. Katie also has a unique ability to really listen to people, understand, and develop relationships on both sides of a sale. We have covered just some of the talents of Katie. However, as we all know, the real estate processes can be stressful and tiring. Because of that, I would add that Katie went far beyond what was necessary. She attended to every detail herself. For example, she arrived early and prepared for each showing thoughtfully. She said not to worry about anything after the sale as well, which meant we had peace of mind that the loose ends when vacating the sold home would also be dealt with by Katie if needed. She made us laugh and she was selfless during the transaction process. She thanked us after the sale in a personal and memorable way.
