Course 1: Planning:People with written goals are 50% more likely to achieve them. In this session we will use an elegantly simple method for mapping out your plans. After this session you will always have an answer to "What can I do today to move closer to my goals?"
Course 2: Personal Branding and Promotion: Personal branding used to be interpreted as self-aggrandizing, but times and technology have changed. We now have the ability (and imperative, really) to connect one-on-one with potential clients, and them to us. Get your head around this idea and come away with some resources and strategies you can use right away.
Course 3: Nurturing Relationships: Over the history of our industry the locus of control has moved first from the broker, then to the agent, and now to the client. Empowered consumers are ever less tolerant of salespeople. Learn how to earn and respect the trust that is necessary for people to partner with you on the home buying or selling journey.
Course 4: Promoting Your Listings: There are two populations who need to fall in love with your listings: buyers and fellow agents (aka your sales force). For buyers, learn how to tell the compelling story of a property through your words and verbiage, and for other agents how to build and maintain good rapport and make them feel excited about sharing the property with their clients.
Course 5: Transaction Management: Did you realize that the time when a client is most likely to recommend you is while they are in the middle of the transaction? Learn tools and systems for efficient management of the paper involved in a transaction, and the principles to deploy during this time to exceed the expectations of your clients and get more referrals.
